Mr C Coulter

The autumn term is well under way and the children have made a great start to the new school year.

I would like to reassure you that, even though the national restrictions have eased, at Stockwell we are continuing to try our very best at keeping your children safe. Everyone at Stockwell is important. The children, staff, parents and visitors. Our risk assessments are updated weekly to reflect the high levels of safe practice we expect from everyone.

As things are getting back to normal, we are placing an enormous focus on getting our children back up to speed with their learning. We are very proud of the way children are rising to the challenge in class, to plug the gaps of lost learning. If you could see them in class and see how hard they are working, you too would be proud of them.

We have also had lots of nice activities in school, including outdoors with our tree planting. The outside area is looking really good and ready to be used.

We are stiil working to keep improving our attendance. School and home relationships are continuing to be strengthened and the children’s hard work will be reflected in the progress and attainment they are sure to make.

Thank you all for your continued support.
