Supporting Children's Mental Health

Children's Mental Health week is run by children's charity Place 2 Be to shine a spotlight on on the importance of children and young people's mental health.

This year's theme is Let's Connect. As part of the week, you will be encouraging children (and adults) to connect with others in healthy, rewarding and meaningful ways.

Also, connect with local clubs and youth services to help children stay active and social outside the school time!

This can help them to develop emotional resilience.  You can look up all the youth centres here: Youth Centres

Remember to promote such fantastic initiatives as Healthy Holidays Hull Health Holidays which provide free activities for children and young people in Hull through winter, Easter and Summer school holidays.

Also, remember to keep an eye on Thrive Hull Social Media Pages (@ThriveHull)
